They're very available and it's easy to get in touch with them, especially Kristen. Community wise- everyone I've come in contact with has been very friendly, and neighbors have always been nice. Maintenance has always been great although i've only needed them twice . They're very helpful and polite. As far as my living space goes - the 1 bedroom apartments are very roomy, not crowded and very homey feeling. I love the townhouse set up because I can walk right out my front door to my car. The walls are a little thin- I can hear people above me periodically but honestly it doesn't make me like living here less. It's tolerable and it's not annoying. I really don't hear any noise through the walls from my neighbors on either side of me so that's a plus.

It's still a nice place its quiet and peaceful grooming is a attractive and I really like my place just i need a couple of ladies in bikinis stopping by to put a cherry on top of this nice ice cream sundae that I pay rent for

Too much crap grass in front of units and tree stumps. Window shutters and light fixtures on the outside should be replaced when missing or tarnished. Some trash bins need to be replaced, too old and damaged. Outside doorways need to be checked for cracks and painted due to weather conditions. Some areas need more trash cans or larger sizes. The inside of the units are in fair conditions. Management is approachable and professional. Maintenance is on point. I would recommend this community.

My neighbors cooking sets my smoke detector off occasionally. Ants have been a really big problem this year. Parking isn't usually a problem in my area and the office staff are incredible. Additionally, maintenance is responsive and repairs issues the first time with no complaints. It's not a bad place to live.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome within this community, subject to the following conditions and restrictions. General Policy: Both dogs and cats are permitted. A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment is allowed. The combined pet weight may not exceed seventy-five (75) pounds. Breed restrictions and management approval apply. Pet Fee: $150 per pet, due at move-in. Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet, due with monthly rent. Quest Management Group, LLC restricts the following breeds (including any mix containing one or more of the breeds listed below) from residing within any Quest community: American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Akita, Boxer, Bulldog, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Shepherd Dog, Siberian Husky, and Wolf or Wolf-Hybrid breeds. This list is subject to modification or expansion at any time at the discretion of management. Mixed-breed determinations shall be made based on visual identification and/or veterinary documentation. All pets must comply with the community’s maximum weight limit at full maturity. For puppies or kittens, management will evaluate the projected adult weight based on breed standards and veterinary documentation prior to approval. Residents must provide: Current veterinary records, including vaccination history and verification of spay/neuter status (if applicable). Any additional documentation requested by management for verification purposes. Failure to disclose or obtain prior approval for a pet may result in lease violations and associated penalties, including but not limited to the removal of the animal from the premises. Assistance Animals: Pursuant to the Fair Housing Act and Maryland law, animals that are properly verified as service animals or emotional support animals (ESAs) are not subject to pet fees, weight limits, or breed restrictions.
