|Recommended: YesDecent Place — These townhomes would really be nice if they updated them. They really are pretty decent sizes for small families. Maintenance is also pretty amazing and always on time. Especially Matt and Kareem. Always going above and beyond to make sure my unit is good to go and everything was fixed properly

|Recommended: YesReview Of The Pointe — We moved in 1 year ago and immediately felt at home. In this short time, I lost my job, and the staff have worked with me patiently as I ensure submission of my rental payments, so I still have a roof over my head and a home.

|Recommended: YesLongevity, Safe Neighborhood — I have been a resident of The Point at Harpers Mills for 10 years now and when we first moved here the rent was substantially lower and the front office staff were very warm and inviting. Now with the rise of inflation, the lack of modifications for amenities parking, and trash removal has taken a downturn. I still believe that this neighborhood is better than most and a great place to raise kids.
Thank you for being part of The Pointe at Harpers Mill community for the past 10 years. We truly value your loyalty and long-term residency. We understand your concerns regarding rising costs and amenities, and we want you to know your feedback is important to us. While rental increases are sometimes unavoidable due to inflation and operating expenses, we continually strive to maintain a welcoming and friendly community.

|Recommended: YesOverall Experience — The neighbors are friendly and respectful and keep noise to a minimum. Maintenance is timely and efficient. The only downside is parking. Some areas have assigned parking and others do not. Many times I’ve come home from work and had to park down the road in other areas just to find a spot.

|Recommended: YesVery Cozy — This apartment complex is a series of Townhomes. They are quaint and well kept, with a few minor signs of aging. There is plenty of parking and having walk-up access is very convenient.
The staff has been fantastic to deal with. The move in process was very easy.

|Recommended: YesEnjoying Our Place — We have only been almost a week and I have not had any issues. The noise outside is minimal but my issues is the neighbors alarm goes off at 5am and it is extremely loud and it will not be turn off for anywhere from 20 mins to well over 1 hour. You can actually hear the alarms two are set outside. The other issue I have notice is instead of putting the trash in the bins they are place the bags on the ground or they leave large pieces of broken furniture by the bins. The office does sent out emails about making sure it doesnt happen but I am sure it is probably children that are just dropping it since I see them going to the trash often. Another thing I have notice is when people let their dogs out back they are pooping in other people yard and will not clean it. I have personal had to clean up from dogs going near my sliding door and we don't have any animals. The staff and maintenance are amazing. I would highly recommend living here.

|Recommended: YesHousing Specialist Review — Overrall the property is not bad. There are some cosmetic issues and maintenance responsive and corrective issues that leave much to be desired but i would recommend the community to others on a case by case basis.
