I had 1 maintenance issue so far and the maintenance tech came out very quickly and it was taken care of within 15 minutes. The office staff made my move in seamless and they answered every question I had.

submitted by Stefano L. - Jul 10, 2019|Recommended: YesThis Community Really Sets The Bar High — During our time here at the Pointe, I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful and professional staff to help us find a new place to call home. Whenever we had issues, the maintenance crew and the office staff were always on top of things and ensured that everything was taken care of. If you have a complaint, don't be afraid to go to the office and complain, they will listen and they will help you. I lived on both Cairn Road and Jeffrey Road. Cairn Road has the best views of the sunset at night and I wish I could take that view wherever we go. Jeffrey Road was so quiet and in both neighborhoods, the neighbors were incredibly friendly. The conditions of both townhomes were up to code and standard as they should be and if we ever had an issue, it was taken care of immediately. We even had an issue around midnight on a weekend and their emergency crew came out and took care of it within an hour of my call. I know you will see some really poor reviews of this place, but you must remember that where there is a poor review, there is usually a bad tenant behind it. Whether they aren't clean or aren't paying their rent, something they are doing may be causing that poor review. So please consider both sides before making a proper decision. I promise you will love it here. We want to thank all the staff here at the Pointe at Harpers Mill for an absolutely wonderful experience and I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your year. We have even considered moving back to this location at a later time down the road, that is how much we adore this community.

submitted by Peter N. - Jun 13, 2019|Recommended: YesFirst Rental — For the most part, living at Harpers Mill has been pretty good. The maintenance people respond very quickly and the grounds are pretty well kept with trash being cleaned up daily and lawns mowed. Management are professional and listen to your concerns. The walls aren't THAT thick so there are times when you can hear your neighbors, especially through the walls behind the water heater HVAC system. I'm not sure how the other houses are but the floors upstairs creak something fierce but otherwise it's been pretty good.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome within this community, subject to the following conditions and restrictions. General Policy: Both dogs and cats are permitted. A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment is allowed. The combined pet weight may not exceed seventy-five (75) pounds. Breed restrictions and management approval apply. Pet Fee: $150 per pet, due at move-in. Monthly Pet Rent: $25 per pet, due with monthly rent. Quest Management Group, LLC restricts the following breeds (including any mix containing one or more of the breeds listed below) from residing within any Quest community: American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Akita, Boxer, Bulldog, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Dogo Argentino, Great Dane, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Rottweiler, Shepherd Dog, Siberian Husky, and Wolf or Wolf-Hybrid breeds. This list is subject to modification or expansion at any time at the discretion of management. Mixed-breed determinations shall be made based on visual identification and/or veterinary documentation. All pets must comply with the community’s maximum weight limit at full maturity. For puppies or kittens, management will evaluate the projected adult weight based on breed standards and veterinary documentation prior to approval. Residents must provide: Current veterinary records, including vaccination history and verification of spay/neuter status (if applicable). Any additional documentation requested by management for verification purposes. Failure to disclose or obtain prior approval for a pet may result in lease violations and associated penalties, including but not limited to the removal of the animal from the premises. Assistance Animals: Pursuant to the Fair Housing Act and Maryland law, animals that are properly verified as service animals or emotional support animals (ESAs) are not subject to pet fees, weight limits, or breed restrictions.
